Truth Radio is not licensed by ASCAP, BMI, SESAC or RIAA. In order to use a song we must have on file written permission to use a specific song. That permission must be from all four of the following: Author, Composer, Publisher and Artist.
Under no circumstances will any program host or Truth Radio itself use any song for which we do not possess this written permission at our central office. Any program host violating this rule will be subject to prosecution by the very strict agencies who control music licensing.
