The values taught by the Bible are:

1. Local control. (No Kings, limited national government.)

2. Individual liberty. (Free exercise of the will of each person, unless he damages another.)

3. Private property rights. (No thievery. Honor of the right to own.)

4. No man-made gods.

5. Decency in speech.

6. Cycling of work with leisure as a rule of society. (Expectation that workers would not be required to work seven days per week.)

7. Parents to have full authority over their children, and having the expectation of the respect of the children in return.

8. Do not hurt or kill other people.

9. Be faithful to your promises: keep your contracts.

10. Do not slander others.
