Now, let's talk about cheating on taxes again. If you should not cheat when you fill out a tax form, should the agency that wrote the form cheat you? That's the real issue. We began by saying this question answers itself. You know already you should not cheat on your taxes. However, are you aware that in a moral society, a government will not cheat its people by charging a tax where none is due, or by charging more than the Constitution allows? Yet, throughout recorded history right up to today the "tax collector" has a bad reputation for a well-earned reason.
